It's kind of long, but basically, she had her "job-seeker's benfit" (unemployment) cut off because she had a job interview at the time she is normally supposed to sign on - and though she phoned in advance at the number that's right on the sign-in card where it says to call right away if you can't come in on the day, they behaved as if she hadn't really because she didn't call the specific office she's supposed to go to, even though no one gives out that number ("we're not supposed to give out this number...).
